Abstract

UK: Дане дослідження підготовлене в рамках вивчення інвестиційного забезпечення розвитку будівельної галузі України у воєнний та повоєнний період. Тема зараз є дуже актуальною, бо повномасштабні воєнні дії в країні є новим викликом. Дослідження повинне бути прикладним, щоб корисні напрацювання допомогли розвитку будівельної галузі держави. Розглянуто передумови розвитку будівельної галузі України у воєнний та повоєнний період. Предметом дослідження виступають практичні напрацювання для забезпечення інвестиційних процесів в Україні, які стануть запорукою розвитку будівельної галузі України під час війни та після її закінчення. Систематизовано інформацію про те, що вже зроблено наразі, що заплановано зробити та що ще потрібно запланувати державі Україна на шляху відновлення будівельної галузі економіки. Зроблене історичне порівняння з відновленням країн після Другої світової війни. Визначено чого Україні слід уникати. Проаналізовано План економічного відновлення України, який розроблено Національною радою з відновлення України від наслідків війни.

It is crucial to examine how this sector can be sustained and rebuilt amidst profound instability. The research is designed to be practical, so that the useful developments can contribute to the growth of the state's construction industry. This focus ensures that the findings are directly applicable to real-world scenarios. The prerequisites for the development of Ukraine's construction industry during the war and post-war periods have been examined. The subject of this research is the practical developments aimed at ensuring investment processes in Ukraine, which will be the key to the development of the construction industry both during and after the war. These processes are pivotal for attracting the necessary capital and expertise to facilitate comprehensive reconstruction. Information has been systematized regarding what has already been done, what is planned, and what still needs to be planned by the state of Ukraine on the path to restoring the construction sector of the economy. This systematic approach provides a clear roadmap for stakeholders and policymakers. A historical comparison with the recovery of countries after the Second World War has been made. It has been determined what Ukraine should avoid. Learning from past experiences is essential to prevent potential pitfalls and inefficiencies in the reconstruction process. The Economic Recovery Plan of Ukraine, developed by the National Council for the Recovery of Ukraine from the Consequences of War, has been analyzed. The Recovery Plan of Ukraine encompasses a range of national programs, each allocated substantial budgetary resources. These programs have been designed to facilitate the comprehensive development of all sectors within the Ukrainian economy.
