Удосконалення бізнес-процесів підприємства в умовах діджиталізації економіки

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено актуальні проблеми та перспективи вдосконалення бізнес-процесів підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації. Розглянуто вплив цифрових технологій на організаційну структуру, ефективність управління та конкурентоспроможність компаній. Визначено ключові бар’єри на шляху до цифровізації, серед яких – обмежені фінансові ресурси, недостатня кваліфікація персоналу, низький рівень інформаційної безпеки, а також організаційна інертність. Автором запропоновано комплекс практичних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації бізнес-процесів, інтеграції інноваційних технологій та формування корпоративної культури цифрової компетентності. Стаття базується на аналізі вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду, що дозволяє поєднати теоретичні засади з прикладними аспектами та визначити подальші напрями досліджень.

The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing influence of digitalization on the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises. Business processes, which previously relied on traditional managerial approaches, are currently undergoing fundamental transformation due to the penetration of digital technologies into all spheres of economic activity. The aim of the article is to substantiate the theoretical principles and develop practical recommendations for improving enterprise business processes in the context of digital transformation. The methodological basis of the research combines a systematic approach, comparative analysis, and elements of strategic management theory. The study involves the synthesis of Ukrainian and international experience in implementing digital tools for process optimization. The research methods include structural analysis of enterprise activities, assessment of organizational flexibility, and evaluation of the efficiency of information technology integration. Special attention is paid to barriers to digitalization, including limited financial resources, insufficient staff qualifications, resistance to change, and risks related to information security. The results of the study demonstrate that the introduction of digital platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and cloud technologies contributes to reducing operational costs, enhancing the transparency of decision-making processes, and strengthening the adaptability of enterprises to market fluctuations. It is emphasized that digital transformation is not only a technological but also an organizational challenge, requiring the development of digital competencies among employees and the creation of an innovation-oriented corporate culture. The practical significance of the article lies in the proposed recommendations for the optimization of business processes under conditions of economic digitalization. The author substantiates the need to implement automated document management, predictive analytics, and integrated digital marketing systems. These measures can accelerate adaptation to rapidly changing market conditions, expand access to new consumer segments, and provide opportunities for sustainable development. The conclusions can be used by managers of Ukrainian enterprises, policymakers, and researchers in the field of digital economics.
