Чинники формування професійної ідентичності та бар’єри інтеграції жінок-впо в умовах війни

Abstract

UK: Стаття досліджує вплив вимушеної внутрішньої міграції на професійну ідентичність, кар’єрні траєкторії та умови праці жінок в Україні під час війни. Метою дослідження є виявлення ключових чинників і бар’єрів, що ускладнюють доступ внутрішньо переміщених жінок до ринку праці та їх інтеграцію в нове соціально-економічне середовище. Представлено результати опитування у чотирьох областях Західної України, що висвітлюють виклики, досвід і стратегії адаптації жінок. Соціологічне опитування було проведено у три етапи, що дозволило провести глибинний аналіз динаміки змін у поглядах респондентів, порівняти результати різних хвиль дослідження та виявити сталі й змінні чинники, що впливають на процеси професійної інтеграції. Наголошено на ролі психологічної стійкості, перекваліфікації, підтримки місцевої влади та міжнародних проєктів. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності інтегрування внутрішньо переміщених жінок.

EN: The article investigates the influence of forced internal migration on professional identity, career trajectories, and working conditions of women during the ongoing war in Ukraine. Its main objective is to identify and analyze the key factors, barriers, and challenges that complicate access to the labor market for internally displaced women (IDW) and hinder their effective integration into new socio-economic environments. The study combines thorough theoretical analysis with detailed empirical data obtained from a comprehensive survey conducted in four regions of Western Ukraine, allowing for a nuanced understanding of the structural, social, and personal determinants shaping professional adaptation. Findings emphasize the critical role of psychological resilience, access to retraining and professional development programs, supportive local governance, and active engagement in international projects, which significantly contribute to successful occupational reintegration and overall social well-being. Moreover, the study reveals that limited availability of professional opportunities, social discrimination, economic disparities between regions, and inadequate institutional support pose substantial obstacles to the full utilization of skills and professional potential of displaced women. After examining the reasons behind the results of the sociological survey, it was found that they were caused by a combination of several factors, which in synergy create barriers or drivers for the professional integration of IDP women. Based on these insights, the article proposes carefully targeted recommendations to enhance professional integration, facilitate social rehabilitation, strengthen economic stability, and promote gender equality. The research outcomes provide valuable implications for policymakers, social service providers, academic institutions, and international organizations aiming to empower displaced women, support their sustainable socio-economic inclusion, and improve resilience in conflict-affected contexts, contributing to a broader understanding of the complex intersection of forced migration, gender, and labor market dynamics in contemporary Ukraine.
