Економічна оцінка стану та перспектив розвитку біоенергетики в контексті диверсифікації енергетичного сектору України

Abstract

UK: Cтаття присвячена аналізу економічних можливостей біоенергетики в забезпеченні стабільного функціонування енергетичного сектору, який є запорукою функціонування економіки України. Розглянуто зміни в структурі генерації та постачання, імпортозалежність, експортний потенціал. Наголошено на можливостях біоенергетики для локального виробництва, використанні біомаси для покриття енергопотреб. Проаналізовано кількісні показники, види енергії, тренди, перспективи. Висвітлено конкуренцію з іншими відновлювальними джерелами енергії, перспективи біометану, його експортний потенціал і вплив на ринок праці. Підтверджено, що біоенергетика є важливим чинником стабільності та диверсифікації. Встановлено перспективність ринку біометану, збільшення виробництва рідкого палива та доцільність когенерації, кластеризації, потребу в удосконаленні законодавства.

EN: The article focused on the analysis of the economic opportunities of bioenergy and its main components in ensuring the stable functioning of the energy sector, which is crucial to the functioning of the Ukrainian economy. The reasons for changes in the structure of energy generation and supply, dependence on imported supplies, and export potential are considered. The opportunities of bioenergy that can provide local production are emphasized, and the possibilities of using biomass to meet the needs of the economy in various types of energy are investigated. The current state of development of bioenergy is analyzed, including quantitative indicators of biomass potential, types and volumes of energy produced, trends and prospects of individual areas. The issue of competition of bioenergy in the field of electricity generation with other sources of renewable energy is highlighted. A review of the potentially promising direction of biomethane production is carried out and its export potential is outlined. The issue of profitability for individual components of the sector is considered, and an assessment of the impact of the development of the bioenergy industry on the labor market is carried out. The study confirms that bioenergy is an important factor in supporting economic activity by maintaining supply stability and expanding diversification. The economic prospects of developing biomethane production and increasing its export potential in the context of the economic integration process with the European Union are established, and the potential for increasing liquid fuel production and electricity generation is also identified. The economic feasibility of using the cogeneration approach and clustering of the bioenergy sector is highlighted. Significant progress in the development of bioenergy in recent years and the need for further improvement of the legislative framework and incentives from the state are emphasized. Emphasized and summarized the influence of bioenergy accross three interconnected levels: the biomass production level, energy producing and at the state level.
