Стратегічні аспекти трансформації енергетичних ринків в умовах геополітичних викликів

Abstract

UK: Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена стрімкими новітніми змінами у глобальній енергетичній архітектурі, що створюють безпрецедентні ризики для енергетичної безпеки та макроекономічної стабільності держав, реалізації цілей сталого розвитку. Метою статті є розкриття стратегічних аспектів трансформаційних змін в національних та світовій енергетичній системі з огляду на новітні геополітичні виклики та кризи. Для дослідження використано низку методів, зокрема: компаративний та інституціональний аналіз, системний підхід. Результати дослідження засвідчили, що стратегічні підходи держав відображають комплекс заходів та спрямовані на диверсифікацію джерел та маршрутів постачань енергоносіїв, прискорення енергетичного переходу та розвиток відновлюваних джерел енергії, підвищення енергоефективності, розвиток регіональної енергетичної інтеграції та солідарності. Теоретична значимість дослідження полягає в ідентифікації суперечливого прояву процесів декарбонізації глобального та національного розвитку під впливом геополітичних чинників. Практичне значення полягає в можливості використання результатів дослідження для оптимізації національних стратегій енергетичного переходу. Перспективи подальших досліджень полягають в поглибленому аналізі бар’єрів, що знижують результативність цивілізаційного тренду на трансформацію енергетичних систем у напрямку декарбонізації.

EN: The relevance of the research topic is determined by rapid recent changes in the global energy architecture, which create unprecedented risks for energy security and macroeconomic stability of states, as well as the implementation of sustainable development goals. The purpose of this article is to examine the strategic aspects of transformational changes in national and global energy systems in light of contemporary geopolitical challenges and crises. The research employs a range of methodological approaches, including comparative and institutional analysis, as well as a systems approach. The findings demonstrate that strategic state approaches to optimizing energy generation, energy resource consumption, and international trade in energy commodities reflect a comprehensive set of short, medium, and long-term measures These measures are aimed at diversifying energy supply sources and routes, accelerating the energy transition and developing renewable energy sources, enhancing energy efficiency and conservation, strengthening cybersecurity and physical protection of critical energy infrastructure, advancing regional energy integration and solidarity, improving early warning mechanisms and crisis response capabilities, and establishing transparent and stable rules for global energy market operations. These measures are designed to create a more diversified and secure global energy system capable of withstanding challenges arising from escalating geopolitical conflicts. The research reveals the dual role of geopolitical crises, which, on one hand, exacerbate risks to state energy security, while on the other hand, serve as important catalysts for profound energy market transformations and accelerate the transition to alternative energy sources. The theoretical significance of the study lies in identifying the contradictory manifestations of decarbonization processes in global and national development under the influence of geopolitical factors. The practical significance lies in the potential utilization of research findings to optimize national energy transition strategies. Future research perspectives include in-depth analysis of organizational-economic, institutional, and political-legal barriers that reduce the effectiveness of the civilizational trend toward energy system transformation in the direction of decarbonization, sustainable development, and strengthening the security component in energy sector development at both global and national levels.
