Формування та управління системи інноваційного розвитку на промислових підприємствах України

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено особливості формування системи інноваційного розвитку промислових підприємств України в умовах війни. Виокремлено основні виклики: обмеженість фінансування, низький рівень цифрової трансформації, слабка кооперація з наукою. Доведено необхідність гнучкого управління, розвитку людського капіталу та впровадження відкритих інновацій. Інноваційне управління позиціонується як ключовий вектор економічної трансформації, що поєднує ефективність, технологічну відкритість і соціальну відповідальність. Окреслено перспективи післявоєнного відновлення через модернізацію виробництва, стратегічну інтеграцію в глобальні ланцюги та інституційне оновлення. У контексті війни інновації постають як засіб виживання, адаптації та забезпечення безперервності. Наголошується на необхідності нової моделі управління інноваціями, орієнтованої на децентралізацію, партнерство та стратегічну адаптивність.

EN: The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the innovative development of industrial enterprises of Ukraine in the conditions of war and the prospects for their transformation in the post-war period. Innovative development is defined as a strategic resource for economic growth and restoration of national production potential. In the conditions of globalization and high dynamics of scientific and technological progress, innovative development becomes a key factor in the competitiveness and sustainable growth of industrial enterprises. Ukrainian industry, despite its significant technical and human resources potential, faces numerous challenges in the field of innovation implementation: limited funding, low level of technological renewal, insufficient volume of research and development, weak integration into international innovation networks. It is established that the main obstacles remain limited resources, weak integration into international networks, fragmentation of innovation infrastructure, as well as the lack of effective monitoring tools. The role of flexible management models, digital technologies, open innovation, crowdsourcing and an interdisciplinary approach is emphasized. Considerable attention is paid to the role of human capital, horizontal cooperation with scientific and IT communities. Despite the complex challenges caused by the war, it is innovation that can provide a breakthrough in restoring industrial potential, increasing the competitiveness of products, as well as in forming a new production model based on knowledge, digital technologies and sustainable development. Innovative management is becoming not only a tool for enterprise development, but also an element of the national strategy for survival and progress. In the perspective of post-war recovery, Ukraine has every reason to create a modern innovative economy integrated into global value chains. The implementation of this scenario will require the consolidation of the efforts of the state, business, science and civil society. The post-war recovery is seen as a window of opportunity for creating a modern knowledge economy, where enterprises operate within global innovation chains, and institutional reconstruction creates new conditions for sustainable growth.
