Концептуальні основи інтегральних теорій менеджменту

Abstract

UK: Сучасність характеризується динамізмом процесів в усіх сферах, прискоренням темпів розвитку і змін, інтеграцією сфер життя, які до цього були порівняно відокремленими. В умовах нестабільності, невизначеності, складності й неоднозначності організаціям треба виявляти гнучкість і швидко адаптувати управлінську культуру до нових умов. Вказані виклики є ознакою постмодерного світу, а більшість застосовуваних на сьогодні в Україні методологій менеджменту відповідають реаліям модерного світу, тому можуть виявлятися неефективними й застарілими в умовах постмодерну. Отже для нашої країни актуальним є засвоєння принципів інтегрального менеджменту, які вже кілька десятиліть розповсюджуються у розвинутих західних країнах, але недостатньо відомі в умовах розвитку вітчизняного бізнес-середовища. Стаття присвячена дослідженню основних напрямів і принципів функціонування інтегрального менеджменту в працях, головним чином, зарубіжних дослідників. Висвітлено основні концептуальні підходи теорій інтегрального менеджменту, як то: системний (холістичний) підхід; урахування множинності перспектив; адаптивність і гнучкість; баланс між ефективністю і стійкістю. Ці підходи розглянуті авторами на прикладах інтегральної методології Кена Вілбера, основних позицій Agile-менеджменту, провідних положень інтегрального підходу у концепціях сталого розвитку (ESG) і корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (CSR). У роботі також наведені приклади успішних світових компаній, досліджені у книзі Ф. Лалу «Компанії майбутнього», які працюють на засадах інтегрального менеджменту.

EN: The transition of business from modern strategies to postmodern ones is problematic for Ukraine, since postmodernism is the prevailing state of culture, including management, in developed countries of the world. Ukrainian businessmen need to realize that the integration of many aspects of modern existence is a leading trend for the future, therefore postmodern Ukrainian management should gradually become integral, adopting successful foreign experience in this direction and applying it in domestic areas. The principles of integral management have been spreading in developed Western countries for several decades, but remain insufficiently studied in the domestic business environment. This article is devoted to considering the main directions and principles of functioning of integral management, studied in the works of mainly foreign researchers. It outlines the key conceptual approaches of integral management theories, such as a systemic (holistic) approach, taking into account multiple perspectives, adaptability and flexibility, and a balance between efficiency and sustainability. The purpose of the article is to provide a general overview, comparison, and generalization of the main conceptual provisions of integrated management theories, which are quite common in Western countries, but are not yet sufficiently known and applied in Ukraine. The article formulates the main concepts of integral management theories, such as: a systemic (holistic) approach, taking into account the plurality of perspectives; adaptability and flexibility; balance between efficiency and sustainability. These concepts are considered using examples of Ken Wilber's integral theory; the main positions of agile management; the leading provisions of the integral approach in the concepts of sustainable development (ESG) and corporate social responsibility (CSR). In Ukraine, it is promising to develop the advantages of integral management theories, which are manifested in a more complete understanding of the complexity of organizations; taking into account the diversity of factors influencing development; flexibility and adaptability to change; sustainability and long-term orientations.
