Abstract

UK: У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз сучасного стану, тенденцій і перспектив розвитку інформаційного менеджменту на підприємствах України в умовах цифровізації та глобальної конкуренції. Розкрито основні підходи до організації інформаційних потоків, їх значення для підвищення ефективності стратегічного й оперативного управління, обґрунтовано вплив цифрових технологій, автоматизації та інструментів бізнес-аналітики на формування конкурентних переваг підприємств. Особливу увагу приділено сучасним викликам та ризикам інформаційної безпеки, питанням захисту корпоративних даних, нормативно-правовому забезпеченню. Запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо інтеграції сучасних інформаційних систем, оптимізації інформаційної інфраструктури та впровадження інноваційних методів управління інформацією. Дослідження базується на аналізі актуальних наукових джерел, статистичних матеріалів і кейсів із практики вітчизняних підприємств різних галузей. EN: This article examines the role and significance of information management in modern enterprises, highlighting its essential impact on sustainable business development, resilience, and adaptability. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the fundamental requirements for information flows within enterprise management, describe the methodological and organizational foundations of information support, and propose practical recommendations for improving information management under conditions of rapid digital transformation and economic turbulence. The research is based on a comprehensive and critical review of contemporary scientific literature, empirical studies, and practical business cases; it evaluates the influence of advanced information technologies, digitalization trends, and business analytics tools such as ERP, CRM, and BI systems on decision-making and operational processes. The methodology combines systems approach, synthesis, comparative analysis, induction, deduction, and generalization, enabling an in-depth exploration of the multidimensional aspects of information management. The results underscore the vital importance of reliable, timely, and comprehensive information for both strategic and operational management decisions, demonstrating the growing role of automation, digital integration, and the implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions in optimizing information flows and enhancing efficiency. Special attention is devoted to the challenges and solutions of information security, highlighting its importance for protecting corporate data, building stakeholder trust, and mitigating cyber risks.
