Abstract

UK: У статті відзначено, що основними сучасними трендами, що впливають на соціально-економічну складову суспільства, держави та економічних структур є зміна клімату, що тісно пов'язана з глобалізацією, включаючи економічну активність, зміну способу життя та урбанізацію, а також швидкий розвиток технологій, який, трансформуючи та покращуючи людський досвід та можливості, пропонує потенціал для вирішення, у тому числі проблеми зміни клімату. У звʼязку з цим для національних економік назріла потреба реалізації економічної політики переходу до зеленої економіки в умовах цифровізації, яка визначає необхідність використання сучасних технологій та створення таких інформаційних систем, які здатні швидко реагувати на постійні трансформації в напрямку створення зеленої економіки. Встановлено, що залежно від національного контексту у різних країнах складаються власні моделі економічної політики переходу до зеленої економіки, які відрізняються багаторівневістю, міжсекторальністю та полісуб'єктністю. Специфіка національних моделей складається зі структурних та процесуальних характеристик економічної політики переходу до зеленої економіки.

EN: The article notes that the key megatrends that determine the technological future of the global economy are the digital and green economies. It is in their unity that they are the path to sustainable economic growth and improved human well-being, since climate change is associated with globalization, including economic activity, lifestyle changes and urbanization, and the rapid development of technologies, transforming and improving human experience and capabilities, offers the potential to solve, including the problems of climate change. In this regard, the need has arisen for national economies to implement an economic policy of transition to a green economy in the context of digitalization, which determines the need to use modern technologies and create such information systems that are able to quickly respond to transformations towards creating a green economy. The answer to the question of what approaches the modern economy will use when creating high-tech products that can change the world will allow in the future to most effectively distribute and redistribute resources, optimize production systems and business models. The article concludes that, depending on the national context, different countries develop their own models of economic policy for the transition to a green economy, which are characterized by multilevel, intersectoral and multisubjectivity. The specificity of national models consists of structural and procedural characteristics of the economic policy for the transition to a green economy. At the same time, in conditions of macroeconomic uncertainties, it is especially important to understand and predict positive and negative scenarios of the expansion of digital technologies into new areas of human life, as well as into the development of a green economy. It is necessary to clearly understand and formulate practical solutions for the intensification of technological development, increasing the efficiency of interaction of all participants in the innovation ecosystem based on the capabilities and system of relations between the state, science and business..
