Генезис теоретичних підходів до трактування поняття «підприємець», «підприємництво», «бізнес»

Abstract

UK: На основі праць світових та вітчизняних вчених виконано аналіз розвитку теорії підприємництва. За весь цей час в історії економічної думки проходила трансформація категорії «підприємництво». У наші дні підприємництво, як особливий спосіб діяльності людини істановить інтерес як об’єкт дослідження практично для всіх суспільних наук. Кожен з науковців мав свою думку і відводив або пріоритетне, або другорядне значення підприємництву. Досліджено внесок вчених у становлення понять «підприємець», «підприємництво», «бізнес». проведено теоретичний аналіз виявленого внеску. Проаналізовано поняття «підприємництво» та «бізнес», розглянуто ключові відмінності цих понять та визначено, що вони не є тотожні. Сформульовано авторське бачення досліджуваних понять, а також розглянуто їх зв’язок і відмінності.

EN: Based on the works of world and domestic scientists, an analysis of the development of the theory of entrepreneurship was performed. During all this time, the transformation of the category of “entrepreneurship” took place in the history of economic thought. Nowadays, entrepreneurship, as a special way of human activity, is of interest as an object of research for almost all social sciences: history; sociology; economics (economic theory); cultural studies; law; psychology; conflictology and other sciences or their individual branches. Each of the scientists had his own opinion and assigned either priority or secondary importance to entrepreneurship. The contribution of scientists to the formation of the concepts of “entrepreneur”, “entrepreneurship”, “business” was studied. A theoretical analysis of the identified contribution was conducted. Today, there is no single formulation of the category of “entrepreneurship”, which is due to significant evolutionary changes and a fairly high degree of its dynamism; in Ukraine it is identified with the concept of “business”. Therefore, the question of their essence in modern conditions is relevant. The purpose of the article is to analyze, systematize and generalize, under the conditions of economic and social development, the concepts of “entrepreneur”, “entrepreneurship”, “business” and their definitions. The concepts of “entrepreneurship” and “business” are analyzed, the key differences between these concepts are considered and it is determined that they are not identical. Business is a broader concept, because it includes entrepreneurship, that is, if a business involves entrepreneurial initiative, which is accompanied by risky innovative activity, then in this regard it is entrepreneurship. In our opinion, entrepreneurship is a multifaceted activity that can be interpreted differently and manifested in different areas of economic activity, but the main thing in it is independence, initiative, systematic economic activity aimed at success, with the effective use of resources, the involvement of entrepreneurial initiative, which is accompanied by a risky innovative orientation, obtaining entrepreneurial income (surplus profits) and meeting the needs of society.
