Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано сучасні європейські стратегії міжсекторної співпраці в публічному управлінні, зокрема акцентуючи на проєктному підході. Розглянуто механізми співпраці між різними секторами, які сприяють інноваціям, ефективності та прозорості процесу прийняття рішень. Дослідники звернули увагу на наукові праці та практичні приклади, щоб виявити ключові принципи та механізми ефективної співпраці між державним, приватним і громадським секторами. Особливу увагу приділено ролі проєктного підходу в стимулюванні інновацій, підвищенні ефективності та забезпеченні прозорості управлінських рішень. Дослідження охоплює різноманітні види міжсекторної взаємодії, такі як публічно-приватне партнерство, державно-громадське партнерство та тристороннє партнерство. На основі аналізу європейського досвіду автори сформували висновки щодо переваг та викликів міжсекторної взаємодії, а також надали рекомендації для впровадження таких стратегій в українських умовах.
