UK: У дослідженні доведено, що в умовах посилення конкуренції та швидких економічних змін зовнішнього середовища особливого значення набуває. стратегічний розвиток матеріально-технічного потенціалу підприємства. Встановлено, що задля забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства потрібна модернізація обладнання, вдосконалення матеріальної бази та впровадження інновацій, які сприяють підвищенню ефективності виробництва. Обгрунтовано, шо стратегічний підхід до розвитку матеріально-технічного потенціалу підприємства, дозволить оптимізувати не тільки матеріальні та трудові витрати, але й підвищити якість продукції. Крім того, цифрові трансформації, зокрема штучний інтелект, сприяють адаптації підприємства до змін, формуючи гнучкі бізнес-моделі. Використання екологічних технологій зменшує вплив на довкілля. Адаптація до макроекономічних викликів, таких як криза та пандемії, вимагає стійкості ресурсної бази підприємства.

The competitiveness of enterprises requires the constant strengthening of the material and technical base, modernization of equipment, and the introduction of innovations to increase production efficiency. A strategic approach to resource development allows for cost optimization, increased labor productivity, and product quality. In addition, digital transformation and innovations such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence are changing traditional business models, making enterprises more flexible and adaptable. At the same time, the development of material and technical potential using environmentally friendly technologies minimizes the impact on the environment and promotes sustainable growth. Enterprises must also adapt to macroeconomic challenges such as economic crises, global pandemics, and political instability, requiring a solid material and technical foundation to respond quickly to changes. Therefore, the strategic development of material and technical potential becomes necessary for the long-term stability and competitiveness of enterprises. The theoretical and methodological aspects of this study are based on the research of such scholars as Kostecka, who studies the strategic management of the enterprise's potential, and others who analyze the essence, structure and efficiency of production potential. Moreover, theses such as Mocherna's thesis contain valuable information on the theory and methodology of resource management, increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The results of the study show that adaptation to new market conditions involves innovation, the search for new partners and the efficient use of resources. A comprehensive understanding of material and technical potential involves taking into account all material resources, their condition and efficiency of use, which significantly affects the productivity, product quality and overall competitiveness of the enterprise. Strategic development is aimed at long-term improvement of the quality of resources, ensuring sustainable market advantages.
