Abstract

UK: Актуальність статті полягає в необхідності інтеграції цифрових технологій в управління розвитком персоналу медичних закладів України для підвищення ефективності системи охорони здоров'я. Сучасні виклики, такі як збільшення потреби у кваліфікованих медичних кадрах та необхідність забезпечення високої якості медичних послуг, вимагають нових підходів у підготовці медичних працівників. Стаття досліджує впровадження електронних систем навчання, телемедицини та автоматизованих систем управління, що сприяють оптимізації навчальних процесів і моніторингу професійного розвитку. Також акцентується увага на важливості безперервного професійного розвитку та адаптації медичного персоналу до нових стандартів. Результати дослідження можуть слугувати основою для формування стратегій розвитку медичних закладів в умовах цифровізації, забезпечуючи якісні медичні послуги для населення.
