Науковий підхід до формування дефініції "Логистика"

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто погляди іноземних та вітчизняних вчених на визначення науково-понятійного апарату логістики. У результаті проведення порівняльного аналізу сутнісно-змістовних характеристик поняття «логістика» було виявлено моменти узгодження та суперечностей щодо її трактовки. Виокремлено такі терміни як управління, потоки матеріалів, інформації та фінансів, рух продукції від виробника до кінцевого споживача, оцінка витрат просування товарів, зроблено акцент на мінімізацію витрат, тобто підкреслюється оптимізаційна роль логістики, а також акцентується увага на інтеграції складових потокового процесу, що є головним елементом логістичної концепції. На підставі аналізу надане авторське тлумачення логістики з урахуванням галузевої специфіки. Обґрунтовано, що логістика будівельного підприємства – це сукупність інструментів, форм, методів і процесів організації і управління бізнес-процесами (потоковими процесами підприємства) з забезпеченням узгодженості функціонування цих потоків та мінімізації витрат для найбільш ефективного та оптимального досягнення загальнофірмових цілей.

EN: The article deals with foreign and domestic scholars’ views as for the definition of the scientific and conceptual apparatus of logistics. As a result of comparative analysis conducting of core and meaningful characteristics of the term «logistics» it was brought out the moment of agreement and disagreement of its interpretation. It was distinguished such terms as management, flow of material, information and finances, product motion from the manufacture to the end consumer, the assessment of sales promotion costs; it was emphasized on the costs minimization, that is to say, it is stressed the optimization role of logistics, and it is also focused the attention on the integration of the components of the streaming process that is the main element of the logistics concept. On the basis of the analysis the author’s logistics interpretation based on the branch particularity is given. It is also proved that building enterprise logistics is a set of tools, forms, methods and processes of the organization and business process management (enterprise’s flow processes) with the ensuring of functioning agreement of these flows and costs minimization for the most efficient and optimal firm’s goals achievement.
