Аналіз інструментарію національного ІТ-ринку в умовах глобальних викликів

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто сутність та важливість інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у сучасному світі та їх вплив на національну економіку. Виділено, що активізація розвитку сфери інформаційних технологій потребує спеціа-лізованого регулювання даного сектору. Описано структуру та елементи регулювання ринку інформаційних технологій на міжнародному та національному рівнях, розглянуто їх взаємодію. Проведено аналіз інструментарію українського ІТ-ринку, зокрема оцінка його обсягів, структурних змін, кадрового потенціалу та здатності адаптуватися в умовах глобальних викликів. Підкреслено ключові аспекти конкуренції та інновацій в галузі інформаційних технологій, а та-кож їх взаємозв'язок з розвитком глобальної інформаційної парадигми. Також визначено загальні напрямки та рушійні сили, які впливають на стратегії розвитку інформаційних технологій як на локальному, так і на глобальному рівнях. Розглянуто перспективи та виклики, які стоять перед сучасним ІТ-ринком в умовах постійної зміни технологічного ландшафту, важливість адаптації та інноваційного підходу у цьому секторі.

EN: The article examines the essence and importance of information and communication technologies in the modern world and their impact on the national economy. The purpose of the article is to analyze the tools of the Ukrainian IT market, in particular, to assess its scope, structural changes, personnel potential, and the ability to adapt to global challenges. To achieve the goal, the article used general scientific methods, in particular, analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison of data. It was highlighted that the intensification of the development of the field of information technologies requires specialized regulation of this sector. The structure and elements of information technology market regulation at the international and national levels are described, their interaction is considered. An analysis of the tools of the Ukrainian IT market was carried out, in particular, an assessment of its volumes, structural changes, personnel potential and the ability to adapt to global challenges. The key aspects of competition and innovation in the field of information technologies are emphasized, as well as their relationship with the de-velopment of the global information paradigm. The general directions and driving forces influencing the development strategies of information technologies at both the local and global levels are also defined. The prospects and challenges facing the modern IT market in the conditions of a constantly changing technological landscape, the importance of adaptation and an innovative approach in this sector are considered.
