Акредитація виробничої лабораторії як елемент системи контролю якості на молокопереробному підприємстві

Abstract

UK: У статті показано, що стандарт для побудови системи якості є ISO 9001, а ISO/IEC 17025 забезпечує підтримку та розвиток цієї характеристики у випробувальних і калібрувальних лабораторіях через розвиток компетенції їх працівників. Так як, клієнти шукають лабораторії, які можуть надати їм точні та надійні результати вони орієнтуються на акредитацію за ISO/IEC 17025. Для об’єктивної оцінки результатів впровадження ISO/IEC 17025:2019 у виробничій лабораторії молокопереробного підприємства проведено SWOT-аналіз, який дозволив виділити сильні і слабкі сторони акредитації лабораторії, а також встановити можливості та ризики в майбутньому. Як виділено у SWOT-аналізі акредитації виробничої лабораторії, основною причиною впровадження цього процесу є забезпечення стабільно високого рівня компетенції лабораторії, що забезпечить довіру клієнтів до отриманих даних, а отже, і до готового продукту, з іншого боку, це дозволить розширити ринки збуту продукції та знизити витрати компанії на дослідження продукції, яка направляється на експорт. Впровадження системи управління якістю у виробничій лабораторії є одним із дієвих способів показати, що дані досліджень є достовірними, а тому на них можна покластися при прийняті на їх основі рішень. З іншого боку, стандартизація процесів лабораторного аналізу гарантує клієнту точність отриманих даних, а можливі помилки в результатах тестування зведені до мінімуму.

EN: The only source of information based on which a conclusion can be drawn about the conformity of the raw material or product is the results of the analyses, so confidence in their reliability can confirm the accuracy of the method used. Cur-rently, this method of establishing the compliance of the received data is the accreditation of laboratories according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2019 standard, which is an advanced method of determining the competence of laboratories regarding the accu-racy of their research results. The cost of these measurements is high, but the cost of decisions based on incorrect results is much greater. The article aims to analyze the prospects for the dairy enterprise of implementing the ISO/IEC 17025:2019 standard in its production laboratory. The article shows that the standard for building a quality system is ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 17025 provides support and development of this characteristic in testing and calibration laboratories through the development of the competence of their employees. Since clients seek laboratories that can provide accurate and reliable results, they focus on ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. To objectively evaluate the results of the implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2019 in the produc-tion laboratory of the milk processing enterprise, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which made it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the laboratory's accreditation, as well as to establish opportunities and risks in the future. As high-lighted in the SWOT analysis of the certification of the production laboratory, the main reason for implementing this process is to ensure a consistently high level of competence in the laboratory, which will provide customers with trust in the received data. Therefore in the finished product, on the other hand, it will allow expanding the product sales markets and reduce the company's costs for researching products that are sent for export. Implementing a quality management system in a production laboratory is one of the effective ways to show that research data are reliable. Therefore they can be relied on when making decisions based on them. On the other hand, the standardization of laboratory analysis processes guarantees the client the accuracy of the obtained data, and possible errors in the test results are minimized.
