Застосування мобільних житлових технологій у містобудівній структурі в контексті екологічного підходу (на прикладі м. Дніпро)

Abstract

UK: Постановка проблеми.У постіндустріальному суспільстві урбанізація залишається визначальною рисою численних архітектурно-планувальних моделей розвитку містобудування. Але, на відміну від епохи промислового розвитку, фокус пріоритетності архітектурно-містобудівної діяльності постіндустріального періоду націлений на застосування комплексного екологічного підходу. Екологічний стан антропогенно порушеної природно-ландшафтної системи –це один із головних показників безпеки міського середовища. Альтернативним варіантом вирішення проблеми міського планування в екологічному контексті стало застосування мобільних житлових технологій, конструкційні та функціональні характеристики яких передбачають їх тимчасову експлуатацію (та «архітектурну міграцію») у структурі планувального каркаса. В умовах сучасної України мобільність житлових осередків – доцільний засіб надання тимчасового укриття для постраждалих від воєнних дій. Мета дослідження-виявлення особливостей застосування мобільного житла, як трансформаційних елементів, у планувальній структурі великого міста (на прикладі м. Дніпро) із врахуванням вимог екологічної безпеки. Висновки. Дослідження мобільних житлових технологій дозволяє комплексно розглядати проблему застосування пересувної форми проживання в умовах сучасного суспільства, зокрема, сприяє розвитку стратегії екологізації життєдіяльності та гармонізації антропогенних об’єктів із природним довкіллям. У м. Дніпро, в контексті екологічного підходу до містобудівного проєктування, з позиції мінімальної антропогенної дії на природні ландшафти, для розміщення мобільних житлових структур можуть бути виділені території насамперед проблематичні для будівництва капітального багатоповерхового житла.

EN: Problem statement. In the post-industrial society, urbanization remains a defining feature of numerous architectural and planning models of urban development. But, in contrast to the era of industrial development, the priority focus of architectural and urban planning activities of the post-industrial period is aimed at the use of an integrated ecological approach. The ecological state of the anthropogenically disturbed natural landscape system is one of the main indicators of the safety of the urban environment. An alternative solution to the problem of urban planning in an ecological context is the use of mobile residential technologies, the structural and functional characteristics of which provide for their temporary operation (and “architectural migration”) in the structure of the planning framework. In the conditions of modern Ukraine, the use of the residential units’mobility is an appropriate means of providing temporary shelter for victims of military operations.The purpose of the article.Identification of the features of mobile housing using as transformational elements in the planning structure of a large city (on the example of the city of Dnipro) taking into account the requirements of environmental safety. Conclusions.The study of mobile residential technologies allows for a comprehensive consideration of the problem of mobile form application for living in the conditions of modern society, in particular, it contributes to the development of greening life activities’ strategy and harmonizing anthropogenic objects with the natural environment. In the city of Dnipro, in the context of an ecological approach to urban planning, from the standpoint of minimal anthropogenic impact on natural landscapes, for theplacement of mobile residential structures, territories that are primarily problematic for the construction of capital high-rise housing can be allocated.
