Abstract

UK: Постановка проблеми. Висвітлено питання ефективності використання ВІМ-технологій для реалізації сучасних вимог скорочення термінів і вартості проєктування, оптимізації проєктних рішень на основі досвіду проєктування нових будівель і споруд, забезпечення необхідною інформаційною підтримкою інвестиційного проєкту впродовж усього його життєвого циклу. Мета статті − обґрунтування методичних положень щодо застосування методів оптимізації наявних виробничих ресурсів будівельних підприємств, виявлення резервів ресурсного потенціалу для раціонального його використання та підвищення економічної ефективності будівельної діяльності.
