Сучасні тенденції ощадного виробництва та можливості їх застосування вітчизняними підприємствами

Abstract

UK: Досліджено сутність ощадного виробництва, окреслено його цілі. Акцентовано увагу на важливості залучення всього персоналу в процесі прийняття важливих рішень, в тому числі, тих, що стосуються вдосконалення та розвитку підприємства. В статті обгрунтовано бережливе виробництво як вимогу нашого часу. Автором визначено Lean як систематичний підхід до виявлення та усунення втрат за рахунок безперервного вдосконалення та виокремлено досягнення від впровадження такого підходу для: власника підприємства, працівників, покупців та постачальників. Проаналізовано формулу класичного виробництва та бережливого виробництва, з детальним визначенням можливих «втрат» підприємства, зменшення яких дає можливість впливу на прибуток, власне тому запропоновано шляхи покращення, щодо аналізованих джерел втрат. Розглянуто головні принципи Кайдзен та труднощі при впровадженні даного інструменту ощадного виробництва на вітчизняних промислових підприємствах.

EN: The essence of lean production is investigated and its goals are outlined. The attention is focused to the importance of involving of all staff in making important decisions, including decisions related to the improvement and development of the company. Lean manufacturing is justified as a requirement of modern time. The author has defined lean production as a systematic approach to identifying and eliminating losses due to continuous improvement. The achievements from the implementation of this approach for owners of the company, employees, customers and suppliers are highlighted. The classical formula of production and lean production with a detailed definition of the possible «loss» of the enterprise is analyzed. Elimination of losses enables us to influence the profit that is why the ways of improvement as to the analyzed sources of losses are proposed. The main principles of Kaizen and difficulties by implementing of this lean production tool in domestic industry enterprises are considered.
