Abstract

UK: За результатами ґрунтовних досліджень виявлено центральну роль інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в економіці країн, які є визначальною характеристикою цифрової трансформації та встановлено, що їх моніторинг виступає важливою компонентою діяльності уряду. Ідентифіковано значення індексу розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на міжнародному рівні та розглянуто методологію його розрахунку. Досліджено динаміку індексу розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій України упродовж останніх років у порівнянні з країнами Організації економічного співробітництва та розвитку. Проаналізовано та інтерпретовано структурні складові показників індексу розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій України, Світу та Європи минулого року. Сформульовано перелік пропозицій для ефективного ведення онлайн-бізнесу та обґрунтовано заходи щодо формування позитивного іманентного бізнес-клімату.

EN: Based on the results of basic research, the central role of information and communication technologies in the countries’ economies, as defining characteristic of digital transformation, is identified in the article. It has been found that their monitoring is an important component of the government’s activity. The value of the information and communication technologies development index is identified at the international level and the methodology of its calculation is considered. The dynamics of the Ukraine’s information and communication technologies development index over the past few years has been investigated and compared to the countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The structural components of the information and communication technologies indexes of Ukraine, the World and Europe during the last year are analyzed and interpreted. The list of proposals for effective conducting of online business is formulated and measures on formation of positive immanent business-climate are justified.
