Дослідження взаємозв'язку сфери телекомунікацій і національної економіки та розробка багатофакторної моделі їх розвитку

Abstract

UK: Стаття спрямована на визначення моделей розвитку телекомунікацій як інтегрованої галузі економіки, кореляційних зв'язків з економічним зростанням, конвергенції комунікацій та інформатики та їх наслідків, моделей споживання та макрогенерації телекомунікаційних послуг. Аналіз основних параметрів розвитку елекомунікацій в Україні за останні роки свідчить про значне макропородження комунікаційних послуг, що заміщає традиційні послуги новими послугами, що супроводжується конвергентним характером наукового прогресу. Для виявлення взаємозв'язку між макроекономічним розвитком (ВВП) та розвитком телекомунікацій та динамікою інших ключових показників встановлено причинно-наслідкові зв'язки між економічними показниками. Вибираючи найбільш важливі фактори щодо економічного зростання нашої країни, беручи до уваги роль досліджуваного об'єкта в процесі інформатизації суспільства, необхідно розглянути основні складові сценарію інноваційного розвитку: досягнутого рівня розвитку в економіці, інвестиції в основному капіталі, доходи населення, прибуток від поштових послуг та телекомунікацій. Обгрунтування факторів та закономірностей розвитку телекомунікацій дозволяють більш об'єктивно прогнозувати їхні перспективи, спираючись на фактори, що стосуються національної економіки. Практичне значення роботи полягає в науковому обґрунтуванні прогнозування параметрів розвитку телекомунікацій та використання цих результатів для розвитку економіки. Динамічний розвиток телекомунікацій, який має вплив на зовнішнє соціально-економічне середовище і залежить від макроекономічного розвитку та добробуту громадян, вимагає системного підходу до розвитку прогнозу персоналу, особливо в довгостроковій перспективі. Наукова основа для цього підходу полягає у виявленні закономірностей науково-технічного прогресу в сфері розвитку телекомунікацій, встановленні його етапів та конвергенції, оцінюють перспективи технологічних інновацій, а також кількісну оцінку взаємозв'язку телекомунікацій та макроекономіки.

EN: The article is aimed to define models of the development of telecommunications as an integrated branch of the economy, correlation relations with economic growth, convergence of communications and informatics and their consequences, consumption models and macro generation of telecommunications services. The analysis of the main parameters of the development of telecommunications in Ukraine in recent years indicates a significant macro-formation of communication services, replacement of traditional services with new services, accompanied by a convergent nature of scientific progress. It was established cause-effect relationships between economic indicators in order to identify the relationship between macroeconomic development (GDP) and the development of telecommunications and the dynamics of other key indicators. Choosing the most important factors of economic growth in our country, taking into account the role of the investigated object in the process of informatization of society, it is necessary to consider the main components of the innovative development of scenario: the achieved level of development in the economy, investments in fixed assets, incomes of the population, profits from postal services and telecommunications. Substantiation of factors and regularities of the development of telecommunications allows us to predict their prospects more objectively, relying on factors related to the national economy. The practical significance of the work lies in the scientific justification of forecasting the parameters of the development of telecommunications and the use of their results for the development of the economy. The dynamic development of telecommunications has an impact on the external socio-economic environment and depends on the macroeconomic development and welfare of citizens, requires a systematic approach to the development of staff forecast, especially in the long term. The scientific basis for this approach is to identify the regularities of scientific and technological progress in the field of development of telecommunications, to establish its stages and convergence, to assess the prospects of technological innovation, as well as quantify the relationship between telecommunications and macroeconomics.
