Перспективні напрями формування стратегії управління економічним розвитком Харківського регіону

Abstract

UK: Формування стратегії управління економічним розвитком регіонів України є першочерговим завданням сьогодення, оскільки саме на регіональному рівні відтворюються продуктивні сили та відбувається реалізація програм економічного та соціального розвитку. Для діагностики перспектив Харківського регіону щодо формування стратегії управління економічним розвитком було виявлено пріоритетні напрямки економічної діяльності. Було проведено детальний аналіз чинників, вплив яких на результати економічної діяльності регіону виявився найбільшим. Визначено перспективні напрями формування стратегії управління економічним розвитком Харківського регіону. Зроблено висновок, що майже всі провідні галузі економіки Харківського регіону є перспективними для формування стратегії управління економічним розвитком.

EN: Economic development management strategy of the regions in Ukraine is a priority nowadays since it is at the regional level that productive forces are reproduced and economic and social development programs are implemented. The priority areas of economic activity have been identified to diagnose the prospects of Kharkiv region for the formation of economic development management strategy. A detailed analysis of the factors that have had the greatest impact on the results of economic activity in the region has been conducted. Perspective lines of economic development management strategy of Kharkiv region have been defined. It has been noted that despite the structural changes in the country's economy, the processing industry remains the leading branch of economic activity in Kharkiv region. As for agriculture, according to the performance results, the industry demonstrates the lack of stability in increasing economic indicators. However, the efficiency of the population’s economy for most agricultural crops is higher. It is emphasized that after the crisis of 2013 – 2015 in construction there has been an annual increase in indices of construction products for all types of buildings (residential, non-residential) and engineering structures. The distribution of the volume of manufactured construction products by the nature of production between new construction, reconstruction, technical re-equipment and major and current repairs over the past three years has been constant – 78% and 22%, respectively. With regard to wholesale and retail trade, repair of vehicles and motorcycles, they account for 38.1% of the total volume of products, goods and services in Kharkiv region. Unfortunately, the largest share of trade falls on the domestic market. There is a significant increase in the share of capital investments in agriculture, forestry and fisheries; industry, construction, which are the priorities in the economic activity of the region. It has been concluded that almost all the leading sectors of the economy of Kharkiv region are promising for the formation of economic development management strategy.
