Інноваційна діяльність підприємств в умовах змін галузевої структури економіки

Abstract

UK: У статті обґрунтовано особливості розвитку і розгортання інноваційної діяльності в умовах недосконалої галузевої структури економіки. Приведено статистичні дані щодо положення України у світових рейтингах за рівнем інноваційності підприємництва. Підкреслено необхідність розвитку галузей соціальної спрямованості та інвестиційного призначення, особливо галузей шостого укладу: біотехнологій, нанотехнологій, робототехніки, повномасштабних систем віртуальної реальності, нової медицини, високих гуманітарних технологій, нового природокористування. Окреслено заходи із системної модернізації галузевої структури економіки України в частині інноваційного розвитку: активізація і підтримка з боку держави інноваційної спрямованості структурних перетворень за рахунок стимулювання розвитку наукомістких і високотехнологічних галузей, подолання ресурсовитратного характеру виробництва, формування ефективного внутрішнього ринку високих технологій, участь вітчизняних підприємств у втіленні великомасштабних міжнародних проєктів.

RU:В статье обоснованы особенности развития и развертывания инновационной деятельности в условиях несовершенной отраслевой структуры экономики. Приведены статистические данные относительно положения Украины в мировых рейтингах по уровню инновационности предпринимательства. Подчеркнута необходимость развития отраслей социальной направленности и инвестиционного назначения, особенно отраслей шестого уклада: биотехнологий, нанотехнологий, робототехники, полномасштабных систем виртуальной реальности, новой медицины, высоких гуманитарных технологий, нового природопользования. Очерчены мероприятия по системной модернизации отраслевой структуры экономики Украины в части инновационного развития: активизация и поддержка со стороны государства инновационной направленности структурных изменений за счет стимулирования развития наукоемких и высокотехнологических отраслей, преодоления ресурсозатратного характера производства, формирования эффективного внутреннего рынка высоких технологий, участие отечественных предприятий в воплощении крупномасштабных международных проектов.

EN: The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features of the development and deployment of innovative activities in the context of an imperfect sectoral structure of the economy. Emphasis is placed on the current structure of GDP with underestimated share of services and overestimated share of agriculture in the structure of the economy of relatively developed countries, which is being developed in developed countries on the basis of transformation of knowledge, science and informatization into direct productive force. Therefore, an important problem of economic development, which entails negative social consequences, is the weakness of the consumer and the selectivity of the fund-forming segments of the economy. In the process of research used methods of scientific cognition: observation and abstraction, comparison, analysis and synthesis, methods of historical and logical analysis of socio-economic realities. The statistical data on the position of Ukraine in the world rankings on the level of innovation of entrepreneurship are given. The necessity of development of branches of social orientation and investment purpose, and especially branches of the sixth order – biotechnologies, nanotechnologies, robotics, full-scale systems of virtual reality, new medicine, high humanitarian technologies, new nature management is emphasized. The measures of systemic modernization of the sectoral structure of the Ukrainian economy in terms of innovative development are outlined: activation and support from the state of the innovative orientation of structural changes by stimulating the development of science-intensive and high-tech industries, overcoming the resource-intensive nature of production, the formation of an effective internal market for high technologies, the participation of domestic enterprises in the implementation of large-scale international projects. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the main provisions substantiated in this article are brought to the level of specific practical recommendations for the development of innovative activity in the context of an imperfect sectoral structure of the economy.
