Порівняльний аналіз ринку праці України та країн ЄС

Abstract

UK: Основною метою статті є проведення аналізу статистичних показників ринку праці в гендерному розрізі і порівняння результатів України з даними середніх показників країн Європейського Союзу. Визначено загальні тенденції змін показників упродовж п’яти років для рівня зайнятості та рівня безробіття населення України та Європи. Розглянуто статистичні показники у вікових групах, окремо для рівня зайнятості та рівня безробіття для молоді у віці 15–24 років та населення працездатного віку в межах 15–64 років. Проведено окремий аналіз змін залежно від розподілу населення за віковими групами та статтю. На основі цих даних визначено динаміку змін і чинників, що вплинули на них. Представлено співставлення рівня безробіття в Україні та кожній із 28 країн Європейського Союзу. Статистичні показники взяті станом на 2019 р. Здійснено аналіз результатів та визначено стабільність і тенденції змін на ринку праці цих країн.

RU: Основной целью статьи является проведение анализа статистических показателей рынка труда в гендерном разрезе и сравнение показателей Украины с данными показателями стран Европейского Союза. Представлены общие тенденции изменений показателей уровня занятости и уровня безработицы населения Украины и Европы в течение пяти лет. Рассмотрены статистические показатели в возрастных группах, отдельно для уровня занятости и уровня безработицы для молодежи в возрасте 15–24 лет и населения трудоспособного возраста в пределах 15–64 лет. Проведен отдельный анализ изменений в зависимости от распределения населения по возрастным группам и полу. На основе этих данных определена динамика изменений и факторов, повлиявших на них. Сопоставлен уровень безработицы в Украине и в каждой из 28 стран Европейского Союза. Статистические показатели взяты по состоянию на 2019 г. Осуществлен анализ результатов и определены стабильность и тенденции изменений на рынке труда этих стран.

EN: The main factors of the labor market that affect not only the economic but also the political situation in different countries are the level of employment and unemployment. The relevance of the analysis of labor market indicators is indisputable. Because based on its results prediction and further plans of development of the labor market of the countries are built. The main content of this article is to analyze the statistical indicators of the labor market in the gender context and compare the results of Ukraine with the data of the average indication of the European Union. It makes it possible to determine the level of economic development of Ukraine in comparison with the countries of the European Union. Gender delimitation of indicators indicates the socio-economic situation of the population. The article identifies the general trends of changes in indicators over five years for the level of employment and unemployment in Ukraine and Europe. The author considers statistical indicators in age groups, separately for the level of employment and unemployment for young people aged 15–24, and the working-age population in the range of 15–64. Indicators indicate different levels of activity of the populace of countries depending on belonging to the relevant age categories. A separate analysis of changes in indications for sundry age groups by sex. Based on these data, the dynamics of changes and factors influencing them are determined. Separately, the author compares the unemployment rate for the population of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. The figures shown are not average European statistic data, but indicators for each country separately. The statistical indicators areas of 2019. The collected data revealed trends and changes in the labor market in many countries, which is of great importance for the further development of these countries. A steady decline in unemployment indicates an increase in the stock market. This article will be useful for international economists; students studying economics, statistics, international relations, human resources management; as well as for people involved in the analysis of statistics.
