Аналіз факторів ціноутворення на ринку біопалива

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено аналізу факторів ціноутворення на ринку біопалива та визначенню ключових чинників впливу. Виявлено, що основними факторами ціноутворення на ринку біопалива є співвідношення та взаємодія попиту і пропозиції у короткостроковій перспективі, вартість традиційних енергоносіїв, ціни на сировину, державна політика. Доведено, що розвиток біопаливного виробництва має двоякий вплив на аграрний сектор. Розглянуто поняття біопалива та його місце в структурі поновлюваних джерел енергії. Також розглянуто види біопалива й типи поколінь рослинної сировини для виробництва біопалива. Визначено світових лідерів з виробництва біопалива. Проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід у сфері політики стимулювання виробництва та споживання біопалива. Запропоновано напрями подальших наукових пошуків та досліджень, присвячених цій тематиці.

RU: Статья посвящена анализу факторов ценообразования на рынке биотоплива и определению ключевых факторов влияния. Выявлено, что основными факторами ценообразования на рынке биотоплива являются соотношение и взаимодействие спроса и предложения в краткосрочной перспективе, стоимость традиционных энергоносителей, цены на сырье, государственная политика. Доказано, что развитие биотопливного производства имеет двоякое влияние на аграрный сектор. Рассмотрены понятия биотоплива и его место в структуре возобновляемых источников энергии. Также рассмотрены виды биотоплива и типы поколений растительного сырья для производства биотоплива. Определены мировые лидеры по производству биотоплива.Проанализирован зарубежный опыт в сфере политики стимулирования производства и потребления биотоплива. Предложены направления дальнейших научных поисков и исследований, посвященных этой тематике.

EN: Dependence on imports of energy resources significantly restrains the development and stability of the Ukrainian economy. Such dependence affects national and energy security, and the use of oil products as energy sources carries a significant environmental hazard. This dependence stimulates an intensive search for alternative energy sources. It should be noted that the balance of the combination of rational prices for raw materials and measures of regulating the environmental and social risks is of particular importance. The production and use of biofuels is considered among the ways to solve this problem. It has been determined that the production of biofuels is proceeding at an accelerated pace. This trend unfolds within the framework of the course “towards sustainable development and ensuring the construction of an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable future for our planet, for present and future generations”. In this paper, we analyze the pricing factors in the biofuel market and identify the key influencers. It is established that the main factors of pricing in the biofuel market are the ratio and interaction of supply and demand in the short term, the cost of traditional energy carriers, prices for raw materials, and government policy. It is shown that the development of biofuel production has a twofold impact on the agricultural sector. The concepts of biofuel and its place in the structure of renewable energy sources are considered. The types of biofuels and types of generations of plant raw materials for biofuel production are also considered. The world leaders in biofuel production are identified. The foreign experience in the field of policies the stimulating of the production and consumption of biofuels is analyzed. It is proven that Ukraine has significant potential and conditions for biofuel production. However, given the current ratio of prices for energy and biofuel feedstock, biofuel production in Ukraine is not profitable. To stimulate the use of biofuels, it is necessary to develop and implement a system of incentives and introduce strict controls that provide the fines for emissions of harmful components into the atmosphere. The directions of further scientific research devoted to this topic are proposed.
