Бізнес-планування як ефективний інструмент реалізації стратегії підвищення економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

UK: У публікації проаналізовано основну структуру бізнес-плану, за якою, як правило, формується більшість бізнес-планів на сучасних підприємствах. У статті особлива увага приділяється розділу «Управління ризиками», що включає у себе більшу частину методів та способів, які захищають підприємство від загроз. У ході бізнес-планування вивченню піддаються всі процеси, які відбуваються на підприємстві, що дає змогу оцінити ступінь впливу внутрішніх чинників на діяльність підприємства. А безпека підприємства, своєю чергою, являє собою стан його захищеності від негативного впливу зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз, дестабілізуючих чинників, за якого забезпечується стійка реалізація основних комерційних інтересів і цілей статутної діяльності. Тому система бізнес-планування є перспективним та ефективним інструментом реалізації стратегії підвищення економічної безпеки підприємства, що дає змогу детально проаналізувати ступінь впливу зовнішніх чинників на діяльність підприємства, провести оцінку всіх виявлених ризиків.

EN: The publication analyzes the basic structure of the business plan, modern enterprises and companies use this structure to create business plan as a roadmap for their business. Many problems that need to be solved by the manager in the enterprise management processes became global. The urgency of this problem is also growing because of economic globalization process. The cost of implementing a management decision might reach a high level, and the risk of failure becomes more significant. There is a great attention devoted to the chapter «Risk management», which includes a lot of methods and techniques that protect the company from the threats. All the enterprise processes should be considered in the business planning; this allows assessing the impact of internal factors on the activities of enterprises. Economic security of the enterprise, in its turn, is the state of security of the enterprises from the adverse impact of internal and external threats, destructive causes, which allow sustainable implementation of the main commercial interests and the purposes of the statutory activity. The article says that the created enterprise security system must be unique, independent and comprehensive. Therefore, the business planning system is an effective tool for implementing a strategy of enterprise economic security that allows to assess the risks and analyze the impact of external factors on the enterprise. Economic security policy is a system of views, measures, decisions and actions in the field of its provision, which help to create a favorable environment for achieving positive performance results, i.e. fulfill the production program, produce competitive products, improve production efficiency, etc. And the business plan is one of the most important tools in a modern management system, which provides a clear indication of enterprise's goals, ensures the possibility of successful business and defines the trends of company development according to changes in the external and internal environment. Thus, "economic security" plays an important and irreplaceable role in business planning.
