Дослідження сучасних тенденцій впровадження інноваційних матеріалів у будівництво

Abstract

UK: В статті наведено результати дослідження будівельного ринку України, оскільки будівництво є тією галуззю, від стану якої залежить майбутнє країни. Перед будівельною галуззю стоїть серйозне завдання по зміцненню своїх позицій на вітчизняному ринку та виходу на зовнішні ринки. Сьогодні дуже потрібні новаторські ідеї по розвитку будівельної галузі, інноваційні будівельні технології та матеріали. Серед основних проблем будівельного ринку виокремлено наслідки фінансової кризи, зниження попиту внаслідок зменшення платоспроможності населення. Тому, в статті визначено, що ключовою особливістю сучасних тенденцій успішного функціонування будівельних підприємств на ринку є пошук та впровадження інноваційних технологій та матеріалів. Для сучасних будівельних підприємств отримання високого прибутку, збереження і підвищення конкурентних позицій на ринку, вирішення проблеми виживання в цілому все більш ув’язується з використанням інновацій. Тому в статті приділено увагу сучасному становищу країни в розробці та впровадженні інновацій, а також наведені основні чинники, які перешкоджають інноваційній діяльності. Авторами запропоновано результати дослідження сучасних тенденцій в галузі будівництва інноваційних матеріалів які потребують мінімальних витрат, але при цьому можна отримати якісний, відносно дешевий будівельний матеріал. На думку авторів, саме результативне дослідження сучасних світових та вітчизняних досягнень в галузі інноваційних будівельних матеріалів, вміле його комерційне впровадження та ефективний зв’язок між науково-дослідною та маркетинговою діяльністю є запорукою успіху підприємства.

EN: The article is devoted to the search and substantiation of options for the introduction of modern innovative materials on the country's construction market. As the state of the economy of any country can be judged by the volume of capital construction, the construction materials industry is rightly called an indicator of investment activity. In the article it is proved that in order to increase the intensity of development of the sphere of production of building materials, it is necessary to have innovative technologies and materials. Among the main problems of the construction market are the consequences of the financial crisis, the reduction in demand due to a decrease in the paying capacity of the population. Therefore, one of the most important factors of a successful operation of an enterprise on the market in modern conditions is the development and use of technological and product innovations. Innovation in our time is one of the most complex phenomena that determine the economic growth, development and stability of financial and economic activity of any enterprise. For modern enterprises receiving high profits, maintaining and increasing competitive positions in the market, the solution to the problem of survival in general is increasingly linked to the use of innovations. The authors emphasize that the most effective innovative research and creation of a new product, its skillful commercial introduction and effective interaction between research and marketing activities is the key to the success of the enterprise.
