Дослідження та прогнозування показників фінансової та соціально-економічної активності

Abstract

UK: Мета статті полягає у вивченні теоретичної сутності та особливостей функціонування економічно-соціальних показників Бериславської районної ради, а також у визначенні основних проблем, тенденцій і перспектив вдосконалення їх подальшого розвитку. Соціальні програми безпосередньо залежать від економічного державного підприємства: чим більше фінансування району, тим ширший спектр соціальних програм, тим доцільніший розгляд їх структури. Саме це обумовлює актуальність та механізм функціонування роботи районної ради. Проведено та наведено аналіз структурних змін економічних показників, таких як: зміна обсягу бюджету, проведено динамічний аналіз соціально-економічних показників районної ради. Виявлено фактори, які впливають на ефективність функціонування та розвитку Бериславської районної ради в Україні та конкурентоздатності її в розрізі інших рад. Окреслено стан сучасності та перспективи діяльності районної ради, наведено проект щодо вдосконалення їх роботи, як невід’ємної частини економічної сфери України.

RU: Цель статьи заключается в изучении теоретической сущности и особенностей функционирования экономически социальных показателей Бериславской районного совета, а также в определении основных проблем, тенденций и перспектив совершенствования их дальнейшего развития. Социальные программы напрямую зависят от экономического государственного предприятия: чем больше финансирования района, тем шире спектр социальных программ, тем более целесообразен рассмотрение их структуры. Именно это обусловливает актуальность и механизм функционирования работы районного совета. Проведения и приведен анализ структурных изменений экономических показателей, таких как: изменение объема бюджета, проведения динамический анализ социально-экономических показателей районного совета. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на эффективность функционирования и развития Бериславской районного совета в Украине и конкурентоспособности ее в разрезе других советов. Определены состояние современности и перспективы деятельности районного совета, приведены проект по совершенствованию их работы, как неотъемлемой части экономической сферы Украины.

EN: The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical nature and peculiarities of the functioning of economic and social indicators of the Berislav district council, as well as to identify the main problems, tendencies and prospects for improving their further development. Social programs depend directly on the economic state-owned enterprise: the greater the financing of the district, the wider the range of social programs, the more appropriate consideration of their structure. This is what determines the relevance and mechanism of functioning of the district council. An important place in the management of the social program is the assessment of the effectiveness of social programs, which today has no universal methodology. In the course of the activities and other events implemented within the program, final analytical and financial reports are provided, with quantitative and qualitative indicators. The quantitative indicators in the work are determined by: (the number of programs supported in the field of social protection, health care, education, youth initiatives, culture, etc.; the number of contracts concluded (on the basis of budgeting); events include: conferences, seminars, trainings. The factors that influence the efficiency of functioning and development of Beryslav district council in Ukraine and its competitiveness in the context of other councils have been identified. Disclosure of the economic nature, financial structure of the budget organization and socio-cultural activities and trends of development of the district for the future are of practical importance. Analysis in the context of the modern scientific and technological revolution has become not only necessary, objectively natural, but also possible. Scientific and technological progress, generating new ones needs, at the same time creates the appropriate base and mathematical apparatus of analysis and forecast for multivariate calculations and the choice of their optimal variant solution. The practical value is that the revealed studies of economic and social indicators will be able to improve the work of district councils, strengthen positions in such areas as demographic, political, economic, educational, cultural and other.
