Вплив глобальних процесів на формування динаміки та розвиток міжнародної торгівлі

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено динаміку та особливості розвитку міжнародної торгівлі в умовах глобальних трансформаційних процесів. Проведено узагальнення визначень міжнародної торгівлі. Систематизовано класифікацію форм міжнародної торгівлі та з’ясовано, що особливе місце належить міжнародній торгівлі товарами та міжнародній торгівлі послугами. Сформовано групи показників для оцінки стану розвитку міжнародної торгівлі, наведено їх детальну характеристику. На підставі оціночних показників проведено аналіз динаміки та рівня розвитку міжнародної торгівлі. Виявлено тенденції розвитку міжнародної торгівлі в сучасних світогосподарських умовах, визначено її роль у міжнародних економічних відносинах та перспективи розвитку. З’ясовано, що динамічність міжнародної торгівлі зумовлена появою та активним використанням інформаційних технологій.

RU: Статья посвящена исследованию динамики и особенностей развития международной торговли в условиях влияния глобальных процессов. Проведено обобщение определений международной торговли. Систематизирована классификация форм международной торговли и выяснено, что особое место среди указанных форм принадлежит международной торговле товарами и международной торговле услугами. Представлены группы показателей для оценки состояния развития международной торговли, приведена их подробная характеристика. На основании оценочных показателей проведен анализ динамики и уровня развития международной торговли. Выявлены тенденции развития международной торговли в современных условиях мирохозяйственных процессов и представлена ее роль в международных экономических отношениях. Определены дальнейшие перспективы развития международной торговли. Выяснено, что динамичность международной торговли обусловлена появлением и активным использованием информационных технологий.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics and features of the development of international trade in the context of global processes. The definitions of international trade have been generalized. International trade, on the one hand, is found to be a buying and selling process between buyers, sellers and intermediaries in different countries; on the other, it is a system of international commodity-money relations between entities of different countries regarding the sale and purchase of different types of goods or services. The classification of forms of international trade has been systematized and it has been found out that international trade in goods and international trade in services is of particular importance. Groups of indicators are presented to assess the state of development of international trade, and their detailed characteristics are given. It is revealed that the basis of the system of indicators of development of international trade is a group of volume indicators, which include export, re-export, import, re-import, foreign trade, general trade, special trade and physical volume of trade. It is found that the specifics of the modern stage of international trade with particular expressiveness manifest themselves in the process of analyzing its longterm trends, forms and methods. International trade flows are well ahead of global production growth. The dynamics and level of development of international trade have been analyzed on the basis of valuation indicators. The tendencies of development of international trade in modern conditions of world economic processes are revealed and its role in modern international economic relations is presented. It has been determined that developed countries occupy a leading position in international trade. They account for 2/3 of world exports and the same share of imports. Accordingly, about 1/3 of world exports and imports are from developing countries and countries with economies in transition. Germany, USA, Japan, France, UK, Italy, Canada, Netherlands, Belgium are the largest exporters in the world. Further prospects of development of international trade are determined. It is established that the dynamism of international trade is conditioned by the advent and active use of information technologies.
