Сучасний стан інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств України

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто особливості інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних промислових підприємств та процесу впровадження інновацій в національній економіці. Проаналізовано стан інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних промислових підприємств за 2000–2017 роки за різними показниками. Наведено тенденції зміни цих показників. За результатами виконаного дослідження зроблено висновок про низьку інноваційну активність та ефективність процесів створення, впровадження й поширення інновацій у вітчизняній промисловості, що говорить про те, що інноваційний розвиток так і не став потужним підґрунтям для зростання вітчизняної економіки. Окрім того, з’ясовано, що за більшістю проаналізованих показників Україна має суттєве науково-технологічне та економічне відставання від розвинених країн світу. Збереження наведених негативних тенденцій в інноваційній діяльності в майбутньому може остаточно відкинути Україну до країн третього світу.

RU: В статье рассмотрены особенности инновационной деятельности отечественных промышленных предприятий и процесса внедрения инноваций в национальной экономике. Проанализировано состояние инновационной деятельности отечественных промышленных предприятий за 2000–2017 годы по разным показателям. Приведены тенденции изменения этих показателей. По результатам выполненного исследования сделан вывод о низкой инновационной активности и эффективности процессов создания, внедрения и распространения инноваций в отечественной промышленности, что говорит о том, что инновационное развитие так и не стало мощной основной для роста отечественной экономики. Кроме того, выяснено, что по большинству проанализированных показателей Украина имеет существенное научно-технологическое и экономическое отставание от развитых стран мира. Сохранение указанных негативных тенденций в инновационной деятельности в будущем может окончательно отбросить Украину к странам третьего мира.

EN: Innovations and new scientific and technical knowledge should be the basis for meeting public needs in today’s changing and crisis conditions of development. Numerous normative legal acts proclaim and enshrine the innovative way of economic development of Ukraine. In addition, it should become the main source of the domestic economy growth. However, the creation, implementation and commercial use of innovations in Ukraine is at a rather low level. Ranking among the number of scientists one of the first places in the world, the Ukrainian economy develops without the essential use of innovations, new knowledge and results of scientific research and development. This suggests that science and innovation are superseded by both the priorities of state policy and the priorities of economic entities. In general, innovation activity in Ukraine can be characterized as unstable, which alternates both positive and negative trends of development, which predetermines continuous monitoring of its state. Comparative and statistical analyses were used to solve the problem. The research analyzes the state of innovation activity of domestic industrial enterprises for 2000–2017 years in terms of the number of innovation-active enterprises; enterprises that implement and realize innovative types of products; the number of items of introduced innovative products and processes; volumes of sales of innovative products and innovation costs, etc. The long-term and short-term trends of these indicators are presented. Constructive analysis of statistical data, the study of a number of literary sources, as well as the results of own research in the field of innovation activity indicate low innovation activity and the efficiency of the processes of creation, implementation and dissemination of innovations in domestic industry. This suggests that the innovative development has not become a powerful ground for the growth of the domestic economy. In addition, it was found that, according to most of the analyzed indicators, Ukraine has a significant scientific, technological, and economic lag from the world-developed countries. Keeping these negative trends in innovation activity in the future can ultimately lead Ukraine into third-world countries. The obtained results develop the theory of innovative management in terms of prerequisites’ formation of management strategies for innovation development of domestic industrial enterprises.
