Тенденції розвитку ринку телекомунікаційних послуг України: зростання, адаптивність, цифровізація

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено визначенню сучасних тенденцій розвитку ринку телекомунікаційних послуг України. З’ясовано, що зростання невизначеності та динамічності зовнішнього середовища обумовлюють важливість своєчасного доступу до інформації та зв’язку, що визначає роль галузі телекомунікацій у соціально-економічних відносинах та обумовлює динамічний характер ринку телекомунікаційних послуг України. Визначено, що, не зважаючи на негативну динаміку кількості суб’єктів господарювання, загалом ринок характеризується тенденціями до зростання. У доходній структурі ринку телекомунікаційних послуг домінують послуги мобільного зв’язку, сфера яких носить олігополістичний характер. Незважаючи на руйнування та загрози, обумовлені повномасштабним вторгненням російської федерації, суб’єкти галузі телекомунікацій розширюють майновий потенціал та нарощують рівень ефективності діяльності. Виділено домінуючі тренди ринку телекомунікаційних послуг, врахування яких виступає основою для ухвалення управлінських рішень.

EN: The article is devoted to identifying the current development trends of the telecommunications services market in Ukraine. It is established that the growing uncertainty and dynamism of the external environment determine the importance of timely access to information and communication, which defines the role of the telecommunications industry in socio-economic relations and conditions the dynamic nature of the telecommunication services market in Ukraine. The identification and understanding of the development trends, in their turn, form an important prerequisite for substantiation and making managerial decision both at macro- and microlevel. The purpose of the article is to identify the current development trends of the telecommunications services market based on the analysis of relevant organizational and economic indicators. The set goal involved the use of the following methods: monographic – to study scientific publications related to the telecommunications services market; analysis and synthesis – to study the trends in the activity of market subjects; generalization – to form research conclusions; deduction – to identify current trends of the telecommunications services market development; graphical and tabular – to visualize the research results. It was found that, despite the negative dynamics in the number of business entities, the market as a whole is characterized by growth trends. The revenue structure of the telecommunications services market is dominated by mobile communication services, the segment of which exhibits an oligopolistic market structure. It was determined that, despite the destruction and threats caused by the full-scale invasion of the russian federation, enterprises in the telecommunications industry are expanding their asset base and increasing the level of operational efficiency. The dominant trends of the telecommunications services market were identified. The identification of the current state and key trends of the telecommunications services market serves as a basis for the development and implementation of managerial decisions in this field.
