Формування наукової парадигми інноваційного забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектора

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються основні аспекти формування наукової парадигми інноваційного забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектора в умовах посилення глобальних викликів, пов’язаних із кліматичними змінами, деградацією природних ресурсів, зростанням продовольчих потреб та трансформацією підходів до аграрного виробництва. Розкрито еволюцію наукових підходів до трактування сталого розвитку та інновацій у аграрному секторі. Запропоновано концептуальне бачення наукової парадигми інноваційного забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектора, яка базується на поєднанні інноваційного потенціалу, інституційних умов, економічних і фінансових механізмів, екологічних та цифрових інновацій. Зроблено висновки, що формування наукової парадигми інноваційного забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного сектора є ключовою передумовою підвищення його конкурентоспроможності, екологічної збалансованості та соціальної стійкості в умовах сучасних трансформацій і викликів.

EN: The article substantiates the relevance of forming a scientific paradigm of innovative support for sustainable development of the agricultural sector in the context of increasing global challenges related to climate change, degradation of natural resources, increasing food needs and transformation of agricultural production models. It is emphasized that the transition of the agricultural sector to sustainable development requires not only the implementation of individual innovative solutions, but also the formation of a holistic scientifically based system of knowledge that integrates economic, environmental and social components of development. The evolution of scientific approaches to the interpretation of sustainable development and innovations in the agricultural sector is revealed, the essence and components of innovative support for sustainable development are determined, and the role of the institutional environment, science, education and agribusiness in the formation of an innovative development model is substantiated. It was emphasized that innovations serve as a mechanism for implementing the principles of sustainable development, as they allow the creation of resource-saving technologies, environmentally friendly products, effective socio-economic systems, and increase the overall level of viability of society. A conceptual model of a scientific paradigm of innovative support for sustainable development of the agricultural sector is proposed, which is based on a combination of innovative potential, institutional conditions, economic and financial mechanisms, environmental and digital innovations. It is proven that the implementation of the proposed paradigm contributes to increasing the efficiency of agricultural production, reducing the environmental burden on natural resources, strengthening the social responsibility of agricultural business and strengthening food security. It is concluded that the formation of a scientific paradigm for innovative support of sustainable development of the agricultural sector is a key prerequisite for increasing its competitiveness, environmental balance and social sustainability in the conditions of modern transformations.
