Екосистемний аналіз соціальної сфери: методологія оцінювання глокальних трансформацій

Abstract

UK: У статті обґрунтовано методологічні засади екосистемного аналізу соціальної сфери в контексті глокальних трансформацій та поствоєнного відновлення. Метою дослідження є розробка структури і методології розрахунку композитного індексу глокальної трансформації (КІГТ) та концептуальної системи детермінант розвитку екосистеми соціальної сфери, що інтегрує структурні, функціональні, ресурсні та соціокультурні виміри трансформаційних процесів. Методологія базується на екосистемному підході, який розглядає соціальну сферу як складну адаптивну систему з динамічними взаємодіями та зворотними зв'язками. Основним результатом дослідження є розроблений КІГТ, що інтегрує п'ять субіндексів: інституційного розвитку (вага 0,25), цифрової трансформації (0,20), резільєнтності (0,20), людського потенціалу (0,20) та культурної адаптивності (0,15). Запропоновано комплексну систему детермінант розвитку екосистеми з відповідним математичним інструментарієм оцінювання.

UK: The article substantiates methodological foundations for ecosystem analysis of the social sphere in the context of glocal transformations and post-war recovery. The research objective is to develop the structure and calculation methodology for the Composite Index of Glocal Transformation (CIGT) and a conceptual system of determinants for social ecosystem development that integrates structural, functional, resource-based, and sociocultural dimensions of transformational processes. The methodology is based on an ecosystem approach that considers the social sphere as a complex adaptive system with dynamic interactions and feedback loops. The main research outcome is the developed CIGT, which integrates five sub-indices: institutional development (weight 0.25), digital transformation (0.20), resilience (0.20), human potential (0.20), and cultural adaptability (0.15). Each sub-index is formed based on normalized indicators with differentiated weight coefficients using min-max normalization method. A comprehensive system of ecosystem development determinants is proposed, including structural, functional, resource-based, sociocultural, and transformational components with corresponding mathematical assessment tools. Empirical research included statistical data analysis of Ukraine's social sphere, expert surveys of social institutions managers (n=50), in-depth interviews with NGO representatives (n=25), and case studies of successful social system adaptation practices (15 cases). The results confirmed theoretical patterns and clarified their manifestation mechanisms. The scientific novelty lies in expanding traditional approaches to social sphere research by focusing on complex interactions between components and adaptive system properties. The practical significance is determined by the possibility of applying the developed methodology for evidence-based social policy formation, social infrastructure strategies, substantiation of management decisions at different levels, comparative analysis of social ecosystems, and forecasting trends in the development of the social sphere in the context of transformational challenges and post-war recovery.
