Глобальні цілі сталого розвитку і корпоративна соціальна відповідальність спортивної сфери в Україні

Abstract

UK: В даній статті на основі комплексної ідентифікації та пріоритизації глобальних цілей сталого розвитку (ЦСР), а також порівняльного аналізу міжнародного й українського досвіду у сфері розвитку спортивної інфраструктури, досліджено багатовимірний зв’язок між корпоративною соціальною відповідальністю та практичною реалізацією ЦСР у спорті. Особливу увагу приділено взаємодії Української федерації карате (УФК) з Міністерством молоді та спорту України, оцінюванню матеріально-технічного стану спортивних об’єктів та визначенню інноваційних шляхів їх модернізації з урахуванням світових практик. На основі аналізу вартості реконструкцій провідних арен світу обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від моделі «повернення витрат» до моделі «генерації грошових потоків» як інструменту сталого розвитку спортивної сфери.

EN: Building upon the systematic identification, classification, and prioritization of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study integrates comparative insights from both the international and Ukrainian contexts in order to assess the dynamics of sports infrastructure development. The research substantiates a direct, multilayered interconnection between corporate social responsibility (CSR) — understood here as the voluntary commitment of organizations to ethical, environmental, and community-oriented practices — and the measurable implementation of the SDGs within the national sports sector. The analytical framework is constructed to bridge theoretical underpinnings with empirical observations, thereby offering a comprehensive perspective that encompasses social, economic, infrastructural, and governance-related dimensions. Particular attention is devoted to an applied case study focusing on the Ukrainian Karate Federation (UKF) and its institutional interaction with the state regulatory authority in the field of sport, namely the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. This partnership is evaluated in terms of its policy alignment with global sustainability agendas, the nature of co-developed initiatives, and the integration of socially responsible strategies into everyday operational and developmental activities. The study also incorporates a detailed assessment of the material and technical condition of existing sports facilities, identifying both resource strengths and persistent structural deficiencies that inhibit modernization. Through a comparative evaluation of sports infrastructure usage patterns in Ukraine and in selected foreign countries with established best practices, the paper substantiates the strategic prospects for innovative infrastructure development within the Ukrainian context. Such development is positioned explicitly as a contributing mechanism to the broader achievement of the global SDGs, especially in domains related to health, well-being, sustainable cities and communities, and partnerships for the goals.
