Фінансово-економічна характеристика діяльності підприємств аграрного бізнесу України

Abstract

UK: Статтю присвячено дослідженню фінансово-економічної характеристики діяльності підприємств аграрного бізнесу України. Доведено, що аграрний сектор економіки відіграє важливу роль з огляду на його внесок до формування індикаторів розвитку, взаємозв’язок з іншими галузями економіки, забезпечення продовольчої безпеки країни. Визначено, що основою для розробки управлінських заходів на усіх рівнях виступає аналіз існуючого стану та тенденцій розвитку аграрного бізнесу. З’ясовано, що до характерних особливостей функціонування аграрного бізнесу в Україні відносяться високий рівень потенціалу земельних ресурсів, вплив кліматичних змін, експортна орієнтованість галузі з сировинною моделлю експорту, нестача трудових ресурсів, зростання ролі агрохолдингів та великих підприємств, недостатній рівень застосування інноваційних технологій та сповільнений розвиток ринку органічної продукції. Визначено, що у діяльності аграрного бізнесу спостерігаються як позитивні (зростання обсягів реалізованої продукції, капітальних інвестицій, вартості майна та рівня самофінансування), так і негативні (зниження кількості суб’єктів господарювання, чисельності зайнятих працівників, посівних площ, чистого фінансового результату та рентабельності) тенденції. На основі визначених трендів сформульовано пріоритетні напрями для забезпечення стійкості та ефективності функціонування підприємств аграрного бізнесу.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the financial and economic characteristics of agribusiness enterprises of Ukraine. It was proven that the agricultural sector plays a crucial role due to its contribution to key development indicators, its interconnection with other sectors of the economy, and its importance in ensuring national food security. The agricultural sector also benefits achieving sustainable development goals. It was defined that the analysis of the current state and development trends of agribusiness is the foundation for the development of managerial measures at all levels. The specific features of agricultural business functioning in Ukraine were identified, namely a high potential of land resources, the impact of climate change, the export-oriented nature of the sector with a raw material-based export model, labor shortages, the growing role of agricultural holdings and large enterprises, insufficient application of innovative technologies, and the slow development of the organic products market. Both positive (growth in the volume of products sold, capital investments, assets value, and the level of self-financing) and negative (decline in the number of business entities, number of employees, sown areas, net financial results, and profitability) trends are observed in the agricultural sector. The controversial trends of agricultural enterprises functioning define the necessity for implementation of appropriate managerial measures on the level of the country, as well as on the level of individual business entities. Based on the identified trends, priority directions are outlined to ensure the stability and efficiency of agribusiness enterprises. Such priority directions include the following: strengthening financial support and diversifying sources of financial resources; forming a closed-loop agricultural production chain; intensifying efforts aimed at demining agricultural land; exploring alternative sales markets and expanding the distribution network; implementing digital technologies in the activities of agricultural enterprises; implementing innovative technologies and improving the existing management approaches. The comprehensive approach to the implementation of the defined measures will contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the agricultural business of Ukraine.
