Abstract

UK: В статті описано виклики та можливості цифрових змін які виникають в процесі управління проєктами підпримств. Розглянуто необхідність створення ефективної системи управління проєктами в малому та середньому бізнесі. Проаналізовано ключові компоненти управління проєктами підприємств. Узагальнено ключові складові, що забезпечуюють результативне функціонування системи управління проєктами у МСБ. Сформульовано взаємозв’язок між ефективністю проєкту, успішністю та управлінням. Узагальнено ключові фактори, що обумовлюють вибір між традиційним та Agile управлінням проєктами. Обґрунтовано доцільність використання традиційних та гнучких підходів до управління проєктами залежно від динаміки зовнішнього середовища та специфіки завдань. Автором проаналізовано основні проблеми у системі управління проєктами у МСБ, їх можливі наслідки та визначено їх пріоритетність в умовах цифрової трансформації.

EN: The article describes the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation that arise in the process of project management at enterprises. It highlights the need to establish an effective project management system in small and medium-sized businesses. Key components of enterprise project management are analyzed, with a detailed description of each. The main elements that ensure the effective functioning of the project management system in SMEs are summarized. Emphasis is placed on the importance of choosing the type of management based on the specific characteristics of the business and project, which ensures alignment with the company’s strategic goals and long-term sustainability. The interrelation between project efficiency, success, and management is formulated. The article reveals the complex interdependence between the main elements of project management: efficiency, success achievement, management mechanisms, and stakeholder influence. Key factors determining the choice between traditional and Agile project management approaches are summarized. The impact of requirement and goal clarity, project complexity and scale, resource availability, implementation timelines, and the nature of client interaction on management decision-making is examined. A comparison between traditional and Agile project management is presented. The appropriateness of applying traditional or flexible approaches is analyzed depending on the external environment’s dynamics and task specifics. The article substantiates that management effectiveness increases when both approaches are combined according to the project’s complexity, duration, and uncertainty level. The author analyzes the main issues within project management systems in SMEs, their potential consequences, and priority level. Special attention is given to key project management challenges in SMEs under conditions of digital transformation. It is noted that enhancing the flexibility of the management system and actively implementing digital solutions are crucial for maintaining company competitiveness.
