Формування ефективних механізмів управління проектами при співпраці з іноземними інвесторами

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються концептуальні підходи до формування ефективних механізмів управління проєктами, що впроваджуються у співпраці з іноземними інвесторами. Відповідно до того, що більшість проєктів здійснюються у міжнародному контексті розглянуто проблеми, пов’язані з їхньою реалізацією, зокрема, термінологічна невизначеність, відсутність єдиної комунікаційної стратегії. Зроблено акцент на важливості комунікації, використанні цифрових інструментів управління проєктами, таких як PMIS, та адаптації до різних правових і культурних контекстів. Окремо звернено увагу на виклики, які пов'язані з інтеграцією іноземних інвесторів та важливістю врахування національних і міжнародних вимог у процесі управління проєктами. Визначено ключові завдання в рамках управління проєктами для забезпечення сталого розвитку, зокрема створення ефективної комунікаційної стратегії, використання передових технологій та адаптації до змінного ринкового середовища.

EN: The article considers conceptual approaches to the formation of effective project management mechanisms implemented in cooperation with foreign investors. In accordance with the fact that most projects are implemented in an international context, the problems associated with their implementation are considered, in particular, terminological uncertainty, the lack of a unified communication strategy, and monitoring of results. The role of the implementation of international projects for the development of the national economy and individual industries is determined. The distinctive features of international projects and their characteristics are considered. The importance of performing a range of tasks in the project management process is emphasized, which are provided by such elements as: planning and control, resource allocation, risk control, and communication. The emphasis is placed on the importance of communication, the use of digital project management tools, such as PMIS, and adaptation to different legal and cultural contexts. Special attention is paid to the challenges associated with the integration of foreign investors into projects and the importance of taking into account national and international requirements in the project management process. Key tasks within project management to ensure sustainable development have been identified, including creating an effective communication strategy, using advanced technologies, and adapting to a changing market environment. The authors of the article's research on the practice of managing international projects allowed them to form a phased method for their implementation. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of an international project is determined taking into account the key factors of interaction between participants to achieve the set goals. In this regard, rules are provided for ensuring the effective implementation of projects. An example of cases from the real practice of managing international projects at two enterprises is given, which reflect the impact of applying modern practices on attracting foreign investment. It is proven that the enterprise that implemented the proposed practices attracted 95% of foreign investment from the planned volume. This allowed significantly improving the resulting project indicators.
