Концептуальна модель управління економічною поведінкою промислового підприємства

Abstract

UK: В статті проаналізовано існуючі підходи до ухвалення управлінських рішень в процесі реалізації того чи іншого варіанту економічної поведінки підприємства. Виявлено, що не більшість підходів не в повній мірі враховують особливості економічної поведінки підприємств залежно від інтересів різних груп вигодонабувачів. Виділено вплив зіткнення основних груп інтересів, які формують економічну поведінка підприємства: інтереси підприємства; інтереси постачальників ресурсів; інтереси споживачів продукції підприємства; інтереси держави. Визначено економічний зміст задачі впровадження доцільної моделі економічної поведінки, який полягає у визначенні певного варіанту реакції підприємства в координатах максимальної ефективності розподілу його ресурсів, утриманні управлінського контролю та з точки зору відповідності при цьому цілям розвитку підприємства з урахуванням певних обмежень. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки концептуальної моделі для визначення вибору варіанту економічної поведінки підприємств в умовах нестаціонарної економіки, оскільки такий вибір засновано на багатоваріантній множині альтернативних шляхів розвитку підприємства. Розроблено концептуальну модель управління економічною поведінкою підприємства.

EN: The author analyzes the existing approaches to decision-making process in the context of implementation an alternative economic behavior of enterprises. It was found out that minority of approaches do not fully consider the specific economic behavior of enterprises as a result of the interests of different groups of beneficiaries. The impact of best interests clash was highlighted. Those interests form the economic behavior of the enterprise: the interests of the company; the interests of suppliers of resources; the interests of the company products’ consumers; interests of government. The economic content of the problem of implementation the expedient model of economic behavior has been found out. This expedient model of economic behavior mans the determining a variant of enterprise’s reaction in the coordinates of maximum efficiency of its resources allocation as well as management control holding in terms of compliance to the company objectives and taking into account the certain restrictions. The necessity of developing a conceptual model for determination the choice of alternative economic behaviors of enterprises in the unsteady economy has been proved. This choice is based on a multiple set of alternative ways of company development. The conceptual management model of company economic behavior has been worked out.
