Проєктування житлової будівлі з офісними приміщеннями в м. Дніпро

Abstract

UK: Метою роботи є розробка та обґрунтування архітектурноконструктивного рішення та основних заходів з технології виконання робіт при зведенні житлового будинку. В результаті виконання роботи розроблено архітектурно-планувальне та конструктивне рішення, а також основні заходи з технології виконання робіт та охорони праці при зведенні житлового будинку. Визначені техніко-економічні показники житлового будинку. На основі запропонованих рішень виконано пояснювальну записку та креслення розроблених архітектурно-планувальних та технологічних рішень, а також основних несучих конструкцій житлового будинку. В науково – дослідній роботі виконано техніко – економічне обґрунтування рішень зовнішньої огороджучогої контрукції.

EN: The purpose of the work is to develop and justify architectural and structural solutions and basic measures for the technology of performing work during the construction of a residential building. As a result of the work, architectural and planning and structural solutions were developed, as well as basic measures for the technology of performing work and occupational safety during the construction of a residential building. The technical and economic indicators of the residential building were determined. Based on the proposed solutions, an explanatory note and drawings of the developed architectural, planning, and technological solutions, as well as the main load-bearing structures of the residential building, were prepared. The scientific and research work includes a technical and economic justification of the solutions for the external enclosing structure.
